Condolences to Coworker Family

 In the name of GOD, today I am standing next to my friend who is no more with us, lying in his/her coffin. I never ever expected that I would be having this day in my life but that’s what life is. It is unpredictable, uncertain, what we expect and what we face. I and {{Friend’s name}} were school/college friends. 

He was a wonderful employee who understood the meaning of the word "team." He was always more focused on the good of the company and the department than on his own benefit. He made many great contributions to the company and helped it move forward in numerous ways. His work here will not soon be forgotten. I am so sorry for your loss. While He and I were simply colleagues, he was incredibly kind, and I always enjoyed speaking with him. His presence will be missed. My thoughts are with you and your family.  I know this is a difficult time for you, and I extend my deepest condolences to you and your family for the loss of him. While we only knew each other as coworkers, it was clear that he had a big heart. We are mourning his absence alongside you. I am so sorry for your loss. It is never easy saying goodbye to someone you love.

He and I were more than just colleagues. We were friends. I am struggling to accept this loss, though I know it must pale in comparison to what you are experiencing. You never know how someone will touch your life. I was a close colleague with him, and he was an integral part of my work life. I am saddened that he has departed, and I am truly sorry for your loss. I hope you find comfort in your family and in your memories during this time. Everyone feels your absence from work and wants to support you. I hope you know that I am here to help with work, and also if you just want to talk. I will not pretend to understand exactly how you feel, but I promise to listen and try to help. I am terribly sorry for your loss.  I do not have the right words to say, but I am thinking about you and am here to support you. It does not have to be now. It could be later or much later. Just know that I am here, and I care.
