Do you need a Covid-19 (2019-nCoV Coronavirus) Checklist? Download this Corona Virus Checklist with symptoms and how to act now!

Early January 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) identified a new type: 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in China, cause of the outbreak of respiratory illness. The epicenter of the (corona)virus is Wuhan. It’s linked to the Huanan market, which is large seafood and (wild)animal market, suggesting animal-to-person spread at its epicenter Wuhan.

Chinese officials report that sustained person-to-person spread in the community is occurring and a growing number of patients indicates it’s airborne. It can spread when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Those considered at risk of contracting the virus are people in close contact with a person that is already infected with the virus.

There is no vaccine for coronavirus. To help prevent a coronavirus infection, do the same things you do to avoid the common cold:
It’s currently flu and respiratory disease season and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends:

  • getting vaccinated,
  • taking flu antivirals if prescribed.
  • taking everyday preventive actions to stop the spread of germs:
    • wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water or with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer;
    • keep your hands and fingers away from your eyes, nose, and mouth;
    • avoid close contact with people who are infected.

As we understand right now, you treat a coronavirus infection the same way you treat a cold:
  • get plenty of rest;
  • drink fluids;
  • take over-the-counter medicine for a sore throat and fever. But don't give aspirin to children or teens younger than 19; use ibuprofen or acetaminophen instead (if not allergic);
  • a humidifier or steamy shower can also help ease a sore and scratchy throat.

This easy Coronavirus Checklist is created to support the cause of stopping the Coronavirus from further spreading. Please have a look at it and you might even discover new details and can be very helpful.

Download this Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Checklist template now let’s hope it will stop spreading soon!
