Real Estate Counter Offer Letter

When you receive an offer that is not conform the expectations, it's common to respond with a counter offer. This is an offer made in response to another offer.

For example, when you are offered to buy a property, when you have an alternative calculation for the price that you want to pay for it. Or in a recruitment scenario, when the HR manager or employer aims to keep a high performing employee from leaving, and it's usually made once the employee has handed in their notice.
