Subpart1.Schedule.Theinterimrateexhibitsmustincludeascheduleshowingthe
developmentoftheproposedjurisdictionaloperatingincomestatementunderpresentrates
thatreectsthatthetestyearinterimoperatingincomestatementhasincorporatedthe
applicableoperatingincomestatementadjustmentsorcomponentsallowedorrequiredby
thecommissioninthetelephonecompany'smostrecentgeneralratechangeproceeding.
Subp.2.Writtenexplanation.Anaccompanyingwrittenexplanationmustalso
citeeachoperatingincomestatementissuedeterminedbythecommissioninthemost
recentgeneralratechangeproceeding,whereitappearsinthecommission'sorder,andthe
adjustmentthetelephonecompanyhasmadeforeachissue.Ifanadjustmentisnotmade
foranissue,theexplanationmuststatethereasonwhyanadjustmentisnotrequired.
Subp.3.Comparisonscheduleandexplanation.Aschedulemustbeincluded
comparingthefollowingamounts:
A.theoperatingincomestatementunderratesapprovedbythecommissionin
thetelephonecompany'smostrecentgeneralratechangeproceeding;
B.thecorrespondingoperatingincomestatementforthemostrecentscalyear
forwhichactualdataisavailablebeforethetestyear;and
C.theproposedtestyearoperatingincomestatementforinterimrates.
Thecompanyshallexplainsignicantchangesindollaramountsforeachcomparison.
