Individual Training Plan
This plan will be developed in collaboration with the applicant / foster parent and foster home licensor, following
requirements established in Policy 45121 Foster Parent Training.
First three-year licensing period requires 36 hours of training, including one training from each competency category
and at least one cultural competency training.
Second three-year licensing period requires 30 hours of training, including one training from each competency
category and at least one cultural competency training.
Licensing periods thereafter require 24 hours of training.
