4-H Tidelands Homeschool Schedule Spring 2017
At the 4-H Tidelands Nature Center we encourage learning by doing. Our enthusiastic educators
encourage excitement and wonder of the natural world. Jekyll’s pristine natural environment is the
perfect setting for a one of a kind educational experience.
Our Homeschool Days are open to all school age students. Programs run select Fridays from
March to May (generally the first and third Friday of each month). Programs run from 10:00 am - 12:00
pm and are $10 per person (children AND adults). Students can participate in a single day or sign up for
multiple programs. We accept cash or check. Classes are conducted rain or shine so please make sure
your students are dressed appropriately for the outdoors. At least one parent should attend class with
your child/children (or make arrangements for another parent who is also attending to be responsible
for your child). For more information or to sign up, please email Megan Schaefer ([email protected])
or Corinne Zelie ([email protected]) or call 912-635-5032.
