(i) Risk Identification & Assessment Workshops: involves the Senior Management Team, Executive Board and other key personnel. During
these workshops key strategic risks are identified and assessed and a corporate risk register is agreed. The workshops take place annually.
(ii) Risk Improvement Planning: risk improvement action plans are developed where appropriate.
(iii) Review and Monitoring: risk improvement plans are monitored during the year.
