Notes
• Unfortunately due to Health & Safety restrictions,
children under 14 will not be admitted in the salon.
• All chemical services exclude the price of a cut
and blow dry.
• Please let us know of any medical conditions you may
have at the time of booking your appointment, in case
they affect your treatment. A record of this information
will be kept for future reference.
• For new as well as existing hairdressing clients, a skin
test is required at 24 – 48 hours prior to having a colour
service and this is repeated every six months.
• 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given, or a fee
may be charged.
• As we are a training establishment clients are unable
to request particular stylists.

oversee the treatment process and ensure high standards
are maintained.
We use high quality and professional hair products, which
are also available to purchase. We take pride in advising you
which products are best suited for you and your lifestyle.
For the benefit of our trainees and the clients, we aim
to create as realistic a commercial working environment
as possible.
Service times may vary, depending on the trainees’
experience.

ask when you book your appointment.
