ADMINISTRATIVE SESSION
15.30h: Welcome and introduction to FRACTALCOMS project
Presentation of partners (10 min per partner)
Break
17h: Explanation of commission requirements, management structure, decision
mechanisms, administrative and financial procedures
Free discussion and questions about the previous points and project
organization
21h: DINNER
Friday 14 December
TECHNICAL SESSION
10h: Presentation of project program, objectives and work-packages by the
coordinator
Presentation on “Vector calculus on Fractal Domains” by the ROME group
Break
11.30h: Coordinator proposal for short term strategy and participant efforts for the next
6 months
Free discussion and final decision on actions for the coming period.
