Job Positing
Position Casual/Part time bartender
Prime Objective Provide friendly and expedient bar and snack service.
Core Responsibilities In the course of their duties, the bartender shall display competence in the
knowledge of the bar menu, preparation and service of items on the menu and
competency in the operation of cash procedures.
Shift Breakdown
½ hour prior to Fill wells with ice and set-out liquor. Prepare any lemons, limes, etc.
performance start Check tanks for sufficient mixes and cooler for sufficient bottled water. Set out
price list and a display, set out any snacks. Set-up coffee and tea station.
1 hour prior to Prepare beverage requests from patrons as ordered. Take London Bar orders for
performance start intermission.
Once performance Clean lobby area of discarded glassware and empty bottles. Reset and stock bar
has started for intermission. Wash dishes. Prepare London Bar orders at appropriate time.
Assist Audience Services Manager with handling any latecomers.
Intermission Prepare beverage requests from patrons as ordered.
Once performance Clean lobby area of discarded glassware and empty bottles. Wash dishes. Note
has re-started any shortage of supplies. Put away empty bottles, supplies and liquor.
