
The  arrangements  under  which  you  perform  inspection  and  registration  services  for  the  Roads  and 
Maritime Services (RMS) are governed by an Agreement. 
This letter is to notify you that your Existing Agreement will terminate on 
After this date, you will no longer be authorised to perform the inspection or registration services. 
You will be required to have your vehicles inspected at an Authorised Unregistered Vehicle Inspection 
Station and pay any necessary fees in order to have them registered. 
In accordance with clause             of the Agreement please ensure that you return all numbers plates, 
registration labels and any other items, or documents issued to you by RMS, and pay all moneys due to 
RMS immediately.
