TrainedpersonnelappointedbytheExecutiveDirectorwillperform
maintenanceofschedules.

2.AppointmentswillbemadeaccordingtotheCSR/CallCenterTrainingManual
generalschedulingandclinicspecificprotocols.Samedayappointments
(e.g.walkins,acuteappointments,openaccess)willbescheduledin
Signatureaccordingtoestablishedprotocolspriortothepatientbeingseen.
Patientsmustbescheduledwiththeprovidertheywillsee.Ifasubstitute
providerwillseethepatient,thepatientwillberescheduledwiththe
substituteprovider.
Doublebookingisallowedaccordingtoestablishedclinicprotocols.
