Greetings!
Studio A Dance Company is a local dance school dedicated to the development and
education of the art of dance. We strive to provide our students with the best experiences in our
studio and community and to provide them with the opportunity to perform around the country.
We are proud to announce that Studio A has been invited to perform during the parade and
festivities of the 100
th
running of the Indy 500 in May 2016!
This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity for our dancers, and we hope you can help us to
ensure that all of our dance-team members can participate by sponsoring them. Our dancers
will spend 4 days in Indianapolis. They will attend a dinner/dance party with dancers from all
over the country, visit the Indianapolis Zoo, and participate in show rehearsals taught by world a
renowned choreographer. The dancers are going to perform in front of hundreds of thousands
of people in the Indy 500 parade and during the televised opening ceremonies of the 100
th
running of the Indy 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. They will join in the excitement of
the race referred to as “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing” and considered part of the “Triple
Crown of Motorsport.”
As you can imagine, all of our co-ed dance team members are eager to participate in this
spectacular event and we would not want any of them to miss out on this experience simply
because of the cost. Therefore, we are kindly reaching out to you for your support. All sponsors
will receive a thank you letter and an appreciation certificate. In addition, sponsors who donate
$100 or more will receive extra marketing benefits as outlined on the enclosed sponsorship levels
page.
Your financial support will not only help us to continue to enrich the lives of our dancers, but you
will be making their dreams come true and providing them with memories that will last a lifetime!
