Career History
I graduated from Imperial College, London in 1992 and went straight into a team at British Aerospace tasked with restructuring
and refocusing the Airbus manufacturing process. Further management experience was gained whilst working with Santric Ltd
as Production Manager. With Texsol Hygiene Ltd, a start up venture, I established the supply chain, assembly facility and
computer systems to produce a range of electronic water management products. In my position as Operations Manager at
Penlon, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, I oversaw operations strategy development and implementation.
