FIELD TRIP
PERMISSION SLIP
The Kindergarten classes will be taking a field trip to
the Main Street Nursery located at 475 W. Main Street
in Huntington on Wednesday, October 22
nd
. They will
be at the nursery for approximately one hour. The
cost of this trip will be $13.00 per child.
* Miss Quiles and Mrs. Monte’s classes will be visiting
the nursery from 10:00 AM 11:00 AM and
* Mrs. Mazzalonga and Mrs. Lanzot’s classes will be
visiting the nursery from 11:15 PM 12:15 PM
Each class will need 4 chaperones. Chaperones are
NOT permitted to take the bus and must provide their
own transportation to the nursery. If you are selected
as a chaperone, please do NOT bring any other
children (siblings) with you. You will be responsible
for a group of several children and the child you bring
may cause a distraction.
Please send the money (CASH ONLY) with a
completed permission trip form to school with your
child no later than Friday, October 17
th
.
Should you need another field trip permission form, a
copy can be found on page 6 of this newsletter.

10/31 HALLOWEEN PARADE for ALL
classes will begin at 9:45 AM.
Students will walk outside in front of
the school. Parents are invited to
attend.
HALLOWEEN CELEBRATIONS will
take place in ALL kindergarten
classes immediately following the
parade. Parents are invited to attend.
