Consignment Agreement
In-Store
Welcome! Thank you for consigning with us; we look forward to creating an extraordinary
partnership with you. Here are the terms of our consignment process:
1) You may drop off consignments at any time during store hours. We will select the items
we believe our customers will buy. Sometimes there will be items we cannot accept.
Please understand that our customers’ preferences must be our selection guidelines.
2) We will display your items for 60 days. We do our best to sell your items at full price, but
the selling price may be reduced on or about day 20 and again on or about day 40. At the
end of a selling season, your items may be marked down further as part of a promotional
sale.
3) We reserve the right to add a small buyer’s fee to the price of any item. This fee is paid
by the buyer; it does not affect, and is not factored into, your consignment share.
4) You receive 40% of the final selling price of each item, which may be a sale price.
5) You may check the status of your items at any time on: myresaleweb.com.
6) Some of your items may remain unsold at the end of 60 days. If you would like to
retrieve these unsold items, you must notify Clementine Consignment on or before the
60
th
day of consignment. Call or email us, and we will pack them up for you. Unsold,
un-retrieved items become the property of Clementine Consignment to be disposed of at
our discretion.
7) We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for damage or
loss.
I have read the above terms and agree with them:
