• We require ONE FULL HOUR for set-up.
• Your start time MAY BE DELAYED if the setup area is not clear one hour prior to start time.
• In the event of a delayed start time, your ending time will remain as agreed.
• Our dinner/cocktail music option will allow you to avoid many setup problems. Ask your event planner for details.
• Any changes to your performance agreement MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.
To avoid many set-up problems, dinner music can be added for a nominal fee.
