3.  Mainactivity(Teamfacilitatedbyteamleader)(35minutes)
CompletetheCFIPstepsappropriatetothepurposeofthemeeting.Inthefirst
severalattemptstouseCFIP,teamsmayonlycompleteSteps1‐4inonesetting.
Asteammembersbecomemorecomfortablewiththeprotocol,dialoguewillbe
smootheranddecisionswillbemademorerapidly.
4.  Wrapupandnextsteps(Teamleader)(10minutes)
Teamleadersshouldensurethattimeremainsforthiscrucialstep,evenifit
meansthattheteamisunabletofinishalltheplannedCFIPstepsinonesetting.
Unlessteammembersleavethemeetingwithdefinitiveactionstotakeasaresult
ofthedialogueandcommittofollowup,theyhavewastedtheirtime.

waslearnedandthequestionsthatremainforfurtherstudy.
