SAMPLE INITIAL TITLE PAGE FOR CLASS TERM PAPERS(Not a Research Paper):

(1) The name of the school should be two and a half inches below the top of the page.

(2) Title of the paper should be four spaces below the school name.

(3) Note that only the name of the school is in all upper case letters.
