Halloween is short for
All Hallows Eve. It is one of the oldest holidays. Now Halloween is coming. During Halloween, people always have a lot of activities. They carve pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns, light bonfires, visiting haunted attractions, tell scary stories, watch horror films, attend Halloween costume parties, play trick-or-treat, etc.

Halloween is usually celebrated by both adults and kids. Some families celebrate by having costume parties and playing special games like bobbing for apples and telling ghost stories. Sometimes children go "trick or treating" - knocking on doors in their trusted neighborhoods collecting candy. Other times they may attend a community party instead.

In earlier years, Halloween was a time for playing harmless pranks. However, in more recent times, Halloween pranks have sometimes gotten out of hand - causing damage and injury to others.

Dressing up in costumes is one of the most popular Halloween customs, especially among children. Trick-or-treat is a modern Halloween custom where children go from house to house dressed in costume, asking for treats like candy or toys. If they dont get any treats, they might play a trick on the owners of the house.

Here are some Halloween games for kids.

Have fun!
