How to draft a SaaS Terms of Service Agreement (TOS) related to Privacy?

This is an example of a legally binding contract, or agreement between a provider and a client. It dictates the rules and conditions for using their Service. By agreeing to these terms, you are also automatically agreeing to the Privacy Policy. Both documents must be followed together.

You legally accept and agree to follow this Agreement and the Privacy Policy by doing either of the following:

Simply using the Service (or any part of it).
The date you do either of these actions becomes the "Effective Date" of your contract.

If you are accepting these terms for a business, company, or legal entity, you are confirming that you have the official authority to legally bind that company to this agreement. If you do, "you" and "your" refers to the company.

If you do not agree to these terms, or if you do not have the authority to sign on behalf of your company, you must click "I Decline, and you are not permitted to use the Service.
