What to do when the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) kicks in in your environment? Check out this checklist and consider each step:

  • Clean and disinfect often
  • Wash your hands; 20 seconds with soap and warm water (every event or regularly)
  • Cover coughs and sneezes
  • Take daily at least 1000mg vitamins C. Also take vitamins B6, E
  • Wear a facemask if you feel sick (standard or N95 surgical in crowded areas)
  • Daily check your temperature, call a doctor if you have symptoms and fever above 38°C or 100.4°F
  • Social distancing: 1.5 m / 6 ft is safest from infectious droplet spread
  • Work remote, if your boss allows it
  • Get your flu shot
  • Medic visits - Cancel all non-essential face-to-face medic
  • Travel - cancel all non-essential travel and social meetings
  • Slowly stock up on food and essentials
  • Take care of your mental health
  • Read about viruses; get your knowledge from verified reliable sources
  • Do not panic and keep your sanity
