Be as specific as possible about the type of job you are seeking.  Detail how and why you are qualified for the position.  Refer to education, work experiences or internships which have prepared you for the job.

My background, both educational and professional, has given me hands-on experience in all facets of design, information and technology that would surely contribute to your organization's goals and objectives.

Closing Paragraph:  
Close your letter by requesting an appointment and suggesting a possible time that you will be available.  State when you will call to confirm an appointment date and time.
